I have always been a keen sportsman, playing district cricket, tennis and basketball as well as being a sports trainer for a footy club, which both fascinated and drew me into a world of injuries, prevention and restoring health.

An injury to my mum (adhesive capsulitis) was the catalyst which drew me to my future profession. I saw first hand how debilitating pain can be and how it can impact so many aspects of life. We consulted a variety of practitioners, but it wasn’t until she saw an Osteopath that she started feeling noticeable changes. Osteopathy treats the whole body as a unit and aims to restore health by achieving the normal balance of the body, biomechanically and through body fluids.

My work has enabled me to meet new people, build friendships and assist a diverse range of patients with a range of issues ; from sports injuries, degenerative conditions, youngsters and the elderly with the objective of achieving ‘health’ and well being.
